Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. All PAC Cosmetics products are 100% cruelty-free and are never tested on animals.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link and AWB number to monitor your package in real-time.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are damaged during transit or delivered incorrectly. Due to hygiene reasons, used or opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to select international locations. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on the destination country and are calculated at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes within India.
