Return Process

  Log into your PAC account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Verification & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
